How do you tell when it’s time to settle down and partner up? When is the official time that you could ask the person you’re seeing/doing/dating if it’s time for The Talk?
More often that not, I noticed that a lot of people in the chub and chaser community wanting to be boyfriendly after the first date/sex session. Is that the normal practice these days? I am from the school of thought that you need to know your chaser/chub inside out before committing to a relationship. Guess I am in the minority here.
I am stumped. If I wait long enough, people would assume I am not interested. I don’t want to rush into something that would only result in a breakup a few days later.
I would like to get to know my partner well enough for me to at least know what he would like to eat or what he was thinking in any given situation.
Now I know it’s too much to ask and that it’s unrealistic to be wanting that. But I am not one to settle for cuteness or a hot bod or just for the sake of not being alone. So I guess the order of the day for me is to keep on searching for the one who would want to get to me better and appreciate me for who I am and not try to change me.
Stop laughing! It could happen. In the meantime, I’ll be home alone with my cats, watching America’s Next Top Model reruns and hating that bitch Jade.
P/S - I am a newbie posting here. Forgive the rambling and the not perfect lingo.
